Here
at Morningside Farm & Nursery, we care about our plants and we
care about our customers. We know that there's nothing more pleasant
than walking through the fresh-dewed garden with a hot mug of tea in
your hand to see what's in bloom.
We are located in a stunning corner of Culpeper
County, Virginia within sight of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Our gardens
and greenhouses are packed with beautiful annuals, herbs, and
perennials that do especially well in our zone 6 area. We grow only our
hand-selected favorites. You can see an accurate list of our hundreds
of selections here.
We welcome beginners as well as experienced gardeners, and there's
something for everyone in our display herb and perennial gardens (get a
taste with our garden tour here).
Our excellent selection of unusual and pungent herbs is on full view,
along with hundreds of perennials from the exotic to the antique. Of
course, garden questions are always welcome.
At our
potting bar, we invite you to choose the perfect painted or classic
terracotta containers, high quality soils, and flowering plants for
your container garden. We even supply the fertilizer you'll will need
to keep your container looking beautiful for months. You’ll find dozens
of our blooming examples for inspiration.
While we are always ready to share our garden
experiences, we also love to hear what you've learned in your gardening
adventures. Garden conversation is always encouraged at the nursery.
Most of our customers become friends and come back again and again.

and join us for a mug of tea as we wander the gardens and become lost
in the sights and smells of the flowers. You may just find yourself
